Please provide the LAW, that says someone under the driving age, (in their State), can not BUY a car/truck.

Not registering that car.
Not getting Insurance on that car.
Not Driving that car on roads.
Not having a dealer/private party refuse, just because don't know.

 In the interest of being perfectly correct and minuscule about something, I never said 'just buying it" I said "on the Title of the vehicle" which in multiple states constitutes legal ownership.

 In general, yes, humans in the US can purchase a vehicle and never take it on a public road and claim ownership.  When these vehicles enter things like estate sales or probate court, the ownership has been challenged due to lack of State title.  It is not common, but humans purchasing vehicles as a minor with no State Title have had those vehicles awarded elsewhere, like in divorce settlements for example.

 As indicated, if vehicles were made less available, then yes there would be fewer automobile related deaths.  It would however require the vehicles be placed into situations where they would impact other humans.

 

Of course if new gun sales were completely outlawed, there would be fewer gun murders. But 400 kids a year drown in backyard swimming pools which is more than random mass  shootings and there are far fewer backyard pools than guns. So it’s statistically more dangerous to let your kid swim at a neighbor’s pool than go to school.

Is that a ridiculous comparison? Maybe, maybe not.

 It would be less ridiculous if mentally unstable humans were taking pools to schools drowning kids in them, or taking one to a concert and drowning 20 people in it.

 What you present is similar to humans that are afraid to fly, even though statistically automobile accidents are statistically more lethal.  Or parents who are afraid of a stranger in a van kidnapping their kids when most predators are on their phone, or a family member.

 My opinion is that there is a defense for 30 round mags.  A guy could have 10,000 round mags, but if I shoot first - with more accuracy, I can defend against 30 rounds.  100 rounds, a million rounds, all I need is to shoot them first - AND be accurate.

 Shooting first but being inaccurate and missing the target is not a defense against a human with 30 round mags.  So shoot first AND ALSO be accurate.  All you need is to be continually armed and always be faster and better than the murdering psychopaths.
