So, the MAGATs are saying this was a Liberal. So, let's examine two shootings. The 47 shooter fired 6 shots from less than 100 yards, none of which hit the "target". The Kirk shooter was 200 yards away, and fired one shot, killing Kirk. So, if this was a Liberal, we can surmise, "through observation", that Liberals are much better shots than MAGATs. So much for the 30 round clip fantasy...
