 So how many jobs should a company provide in order to break the law and be allowed to keep breaking the law?

Ask a 47 supporter.

 That appears to be anyone that doesn't blindly agree with everything you say.

 I just don't see why a company that breaks the law should not have the expectation that it will impact them negatively.  Bad management practice is what cost the 8600 jobs, not the human that reported it.  

 If I illegally hire an interpreter for instance, and that interpreter gets detained/deported etc. and I lose a contract in turn costing a Field Team their jobs, who's fault is that?  

 The person that reported it?  Or is it my fault for hiring someone illegally?

It's not really breaking the laws if the laws allowed it before 47. Look up "ex post facto", pseudo lawyer.


 Agreed.  But the laws have to change.  The employment VISA authorizations used by the contractors for Hyundai have not changed since Biden codified them in law.  Trump's EO's are not what is being used for enforcement in this case.  So ex post facto does not apply until prosecution/enforcement uses the EO's as justification.  

 They do however apply to the biometric use and how ICE is using them, and should be recognized.  


 If I illegally hire an interpreter, and the laws used to deport that interpreter have not changed since I hired the interpreter, ex post facto is not applicable until enforcement uses an updated/altered portion of law.  So is it my fault, or the person who reported it?
