Rights violations depend on who you like.

I mean people literally claim on this forum that it's "abuse" for X to deny Jones access to their property. That it is a 1st Amendment violation for Facebook to ban Trump.

If it's the responsibility of a social media company to protect your 1st Amendment rights and allow you to use their property because of your "rights", then the same thing applies to network broadcast stations. Obviously NBC is violating Kimmel's "rights" by not letting him remain on air.

Pushing for social reforms is not the same as promoting guns despite the violence they cause. Yes, you have free speech. No, you are not immune to the repercussions of that speech. Pushing social reform might get you voted out of office or ridiculed by those who disagree. Pushing gun violence might get you killed by those who agree. NOT the same thing.
