Again, the COMPANY,
made that determination.

And of course, you have the freedom of speech,
so you can say whatever DFI things you want to.

To be fair they didn't make that decision with zero input from a Federal agency.

Kimmel took his chances, spoke his mind, and was fired for it. Disney foisted their choice onto Kimmel. Now they're getting to suffer the consequences of THEIR choice to terminate Kimmel. MAGATs defend the corporation, just like they defend CBS for doing the same thing to Stephen Colbert. Paramount and Disney are both taking losses due to normal, non-MAGATs cancelling their subscriptions. Hallucinate whatever you want, but those are the facts.

And you know,
that impute,
was the the deciding reason,
 How ?

You are IMPLYING,
that without the Fed agency input,
Disney would have NOT remove/fired him.

I never said I "knew" that it was for sure the deciding reason.  You inferred that and made that statement up.  I am saying they didn't make that decision with zero input from a Federal agency.  Empirical evidence shows the FCC made a statement prior to the announcement.  So if time and space as we know it still applies, then the decision was not made without Federal agency input.

“In 2004, the Sinclair Broadcast Group planned to air a documentary critical of presidential candidate John Kerry titled Stolen Honor: Wounds That Never Heal on its stations just before the election. Following immense public backlash and warnings from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Sinclair cut its plans and instead aired a news special that included some documentary clips. “

Rather easy,
you said it.

"... In 2018, Kimmel called ABC’s decision to cancel Roseanne after Barr’s racist tweet “the right thing,” praising the network’s swift action..."

Yet now, he is CRYING and THREATENING?
