I believe the jobs in question are jobs with the federal government, or federal contractors, mainly, with other employers being on that list voluntarily, were they not? So, MAGATs were willing to LIE to get those jobs with the feds that they say no one needed anyway?

 I would say that's a pretty accurate assessment.

 The Covid mandates were excessive, but nobody was FORCED to fake vaccination records, especially for children.

 They were not FORCED, they wanted the job and chose to LIE.  

 This is like saying I was FORCED to buy clean urine to get the job I wanted.  It's the Government's fault I was FORCED to LIE to get the truck driving job I wanted.  The guy selling clean urine had to do it, because the Government FORCED me to LIE.

 Not one parent was FORCED to LIE about their kids vaccination so the kid could get a job they wanted.  The surgeon broke the law, specifically by creating an avenue to LIE to the community about vaccination status.  He gave parents the freedom to choose to LIE, and removed everyone else's freedom to choose if their kid is exposed to an unvaccinated disease carrier.

 No amount of people lying to get a job makes the surgeon less liable for his actions.  He committed multiple crimes and should be charged.  Billy breaking two windows does not mean Bobby gets a free pass.
