A liar will fall back on the definition of “nearly” as in Clinton’s objection to the definition of is, or perhaps there was a singular unique prescription with a significant price increase.
A quick search shows prescription drug prices increased on average 15% from 2017-2023. That’s a very broad survey with all types of drugs including those that went generic.
For this year, I found this: Price Hikes: Drugmakers raised list prices on over 575 brand-name drugs in the first few days of 2025, with a median hike of around 4%.
Perhaps your particular increase is due to a prescription you’re taking called liarest, a drug to help reduce online lies. Or perhaps it’s bull$hititiest, or realityfin, designed to expand vision. You should probably stop wasting money on those however.
