Where are all the dead US citizens? Sanctioned murder would surely result in much more than one murder. People literally fight ICE agents, seems completely reasonable that if the POTUS gave free reign to murder women driving away in vehicles, he would also say it's ok to murder people physically assaulting ICE. This is an opinion.

Also if Trump said ICE is free to murder anyone they want, it would surely be reported by multiple anti-Trump sources in my opinion.
