I want to buy a Savage, it's my first bike and i'm 5 feet tall. I heard about great vibration when riding that bike. Is it true?

Never ask your bike to scream before her throat is warm.

Actually the thing has a counterbalancing shaft in it that does its job quite well. Suprisingly well...
However what kind of great vibration were you looking for?

My KLX650(single cylinder)doesn't vibrate much but you need to be at least 6 foot to reach the ground!!!

There is a reason they are called thumpers.
Actually it's just the pulse of the cylinder firing. It's not too bad, but plenty enough to make you know the engine is running

The Savage vibration is not bad, but it is sort of linear. The higher the RPMs the more you get. I don't really notice it until I'm doing 65-70 for an extended period.
It is counterbalanced pretty well and doesn't vibrate like the old paint shaker HDs.
Of course this all depends on how you answer Cphilip

Yeah but she said 1.6 cm which would put her at .649" . Now that would be a stretch to flat foot even a Savage.
