What's Your Winter Savage Project List?

Sooo...what's your winter Savage project list?
I am still making my list but as a start I am:
painting my helmet
fixing a small dent in my tank
finishing/painting a fiberglass piece that will replace the pillion seat
figuring out what to do about my custom pillion handle (my local guy fell through and the piece has too many curves to it for me to use that online machine shop) -- am thinking I may buy the S40 fender rails but I haven't priced them out yet

Either make a smaller handle to replace the sissybar or remove the thingamajigs along the side with the sissybar.
That's about it. I might pull the carb and work on it a little.
I don't have a garage, so I'm kind of limited, project-wise.

Two things, both performance related.
The silencer exit has a slight bellmouth, more of the same there, thats the easy one.
Shock top mount as it is fighting for space with the air filter, thats the hard one.
Oh three things, a smaller diameter front brake master cylinder for better brakes.

My spare bedroom is already full of computers, guitars, amps, pedals, cameras, books and a rocking chair. Not much room for anything else.

My winter project is to ride the little baby as often as I can as weather permits. After all, isn't that what a motorbike is for? 8)

One I forgot I'm going to treat KLX to a manual cam chain tensioner as the auto one is a bit dodgy.

I'm not sure how much I'm going to be able to get done (I'm hoping everything)
Paint everything! Frame, fenders, side panels, and tank (I had mentioned earlier that I was going to attempt to use an old Virago tank but I have not been able to find a gas cap for it so I've invested in a Maurader tank.
Stand offs for saddle bags
Iron cross tail light
Side mount license plate bracket
Straight pipe
Fix oil seepage from engine
New air horn
Fork seals
.....? not sure what else yet but I'm sure I'll think of something

my projects are:
1. new rear fender and rear lighting kit to make it easy to turn mine into a solo seat...
2. head gasket replacement.
3. and since the engine will be out anyway, might as well paint it black...
4. saddlebags
those are in the definite category. these are in case i get a christmas bonus:
5. new windshield
6. fabricate a new pillion seat that is completely and easily removed when not being used.
by the way, i won't be doing any of this stuff till february... the weather's still nice here till then.

Unless this winter is a lot harsher than the past several in Dallas, I plan to do a lot of riding. That said, I only plan to do normal maintenance... tightening, oil/filter, adjust valves, clean/adjust/replace spark plug, lube cables, etc. Otherwise, about the only thing currently on my agenda will be to replace the stock muffler with a Jardine and rejet the carb. If I'm lucky, and winter allows enough riding, I'll need new rubber by next summer.
