Off topic, other than it is why I won't have ride time tomorrow.  I'm taking Pepper Anne to the Nuts for Mutts fourth annual dog show.  We have her entered in two classes --

Best Shepherd Mix is a judgement call, but most people who see her think she's gorgeous.  That catagory is a toss, depending on the whims of the judges.

Fastest Mutt is a sprint, judges have stopwatches.   Last year's winner is chunky compared with Pepper.  Pepper is, as far as we can figuge, a Shepherd-Whippet mix.  She has the coloring of a german shepherd with the build of a stocky whippet.  Once she paced me as I was riding the Savage at 25 mph.  I have high hopes for this class.
