My neighbor has wheels/brakes/forks from his 87 ex500 for sale for $50!  Both tires are brand new and the wheels look great...is there any way any of that stuff would fit on my savage?  His front tire/wheel is 17" I believe....I really know nothing about bikes so is this just a case of it would be so much trouble to adapt, it isn't worth it?
