Will either of these pipes fit my bike?

I know that this stuff has been covered elsewhere, but my search-fu seems to be failing me...

A co-worker recently bought new pipes for 2 of her bikes, a softail deluxe and a dyna-wide, and has offered me the old stock pipes from either for a good deal.

Will either of these pipes fit my bike? If so, what sort of work needs to be done, and how do-able is it for someone with little experience and no access to welding/grinding facilities?

Thanks guys!

Dyna pipes should fit if they are the seperate canister kind.  Softail pipes might take some engineering/drinkin/thinkin time.  But anything is possible.
