Front signal doesnt stay on

so yesterday i asked if the rear signals were also running lights and they are not.But today i noticed that my front right signal only blinks when signal is turned on but does not stay on as a running light? can anyone help? thanks

one element of your #1157 bulb out ???
edit:
swap the front bulbs and see if problem goes away>>>>>>
