I know some of you guys and gals have sent me ideas on how to ride with only the right hand,not knowing the exstent of my injuries.so here are a couple of pics of my wounded paw it cannot move anymore that what you see in the picture, Looks like a cage from now on,but I can still go to bike shows and racing events.

Mick,I notice you have a bracelet on,I been wearing copper bracelets with magnets for the last 8 years,Because my thumbs hurt from arthritis,It helps they don't hurt at all now.I also have a copper ring on one of my toes that was swollen all the time now its not swollen.

Bill if you look carefully at the top picture you will see a diaginal slash accross the bracelet ,it has 7 little diamonds in the slash of gold,the rest of the bracelet is stainless steel,it was a birthday presant from my eldest Daughter,the insrciption on the back says Happy Birthday Dad,Love Jennie,2005,I rarely take it off,to be honest it usually slips down my arm ,but I just wanted to show it off.
