That chrome trash can Suzuki calls a muffler is heavy. The Dyna muffler is a better visual fit and weighs less.
That's just the way that black ice will do ya.
I saw an old dude let the rear tire roll over the end of a tar snake on a hot day. The taper of the tar just slid the bike left. He was just sitting there, rolling along, not acting a fool, and on his side sliding down the road. He didn't even have time to get a foot off the peg.

Thanks again to everyone for their input. I started a few "easy" things today. As I get further along, I'll post a build thread... assuming I build it into something interesting.

If you're trying to increase performance, start with timed runs.
Or you won't know if something helps or not
