Daangitt... I don't know, man..
I've never been in the side with the plug that screws in. Never messed with the gears you busted teeth off of.
Would it help if you actually measured it, like with calipers, and looked for a pin that size in the Official Suzuki Maintenance Manual?

I assume it just was lost on the install. Just leave it out til the engine is apart next?

Posts: 639	Re: Small pin found after removing clutch and cove Reply #25 - 08/12/23 at 09:18:20 I already found out what this is in another thread, my mechanic put on the gear behind the clutch basket backwards when he was replacing my clutch, so my oil pump wasnt running and a bunch of other issues.

He should be helping you..
