Anyone reverse the long footpeg / kickstand bolts?

Taking apart my stator cover for the fifth time, which requires the removal of the kickstand, which in turn requires the removal of these long bolts that go all the way through the engine. I am thinking to reverse them this time around, so if I ever have to take them apart again, I'll just have to remove the nuts and slider the kick stand off. Any potential issues I should be concerned with?

I think it's two cap nuts that sit on there -- I think that the cap nut, if you reverse it, will not give enough clearance for the kickstand when it is up. Check out this picture

Yeah, I did not consider this, it may be a problem. Very annoying design.
