A friend of my daughter's asked if I would help her study for an exam. It was all about the foot and ankle. The only way I could teach it was to learn it. It's been over ten years, so names of parts have disappeared, but the general function of the parts is still Kinda there. My take on it is Don't get frisky but work toward keeping any flexibility you have and carefully try to get another degree out of it as long as you don't feel a solid contact, like screw head against bone,,but I'm not seeing that. Looking at the bones that move relative to each other walking, I don't see a screw crossing and locking them together. Down low a screw crosses and locks bones, but they aren't supposed to really Move relative to each other. They can shift slightly, according to the elasticity of the connective tissue. It's minor motion created by shock. No more jumping off the house, sell the parachute, but I think if you Fight Back you can have regular walking around flexibility. If you tend to twist your ankle, recommend you practice lifting your little toe with each step and tighten up the outside muscles in your calf. BTDT,it helps. You blew that MoFo UP.. I didn't see how you did that. Looks like it Hurt,,A Lot. Stay positive, fight back.
